PATTERN Beauty Natural Hair Care Products

The PATTERN Beauty hair care line consists of a variety of products intended for curly/coily hair. If you’ve never envied Tracee Ellis Ross’ hair before, I envy you. That is a beauty pattern she inherited from her Motown recording artist mother, Diana Ross. Known professionally as Tracee Ellis Ross Tracee Joy Silberstein was born on October 29, 1972. She is known for her lead roles in the television series Girlfriends and Black-ish.

As a teen, Girlfriends was one of my favorite shows growing up. The show followed the lives of four African-American women, Joan, Toni, Lynn, and Mya. The show highlighted the friendships, struggles, and triumphs that each of these women faced throughout their fictional lives. Watching the show helped me get a better understanding of the lives of growing teenage girls. It provided me with a window into the lives of young women during that time who were navigating the complex issues of growing up. In a man’s world per se, with growing pressures to fit into a certain category or social form.

This included issues such as family dynamics, academic pressure, and, most importantly, making friends and developing relationships. I’ve always admired her portrayal of Joan in the series. I was drawn to Joan’s profession and nurturing personality, and I made the decision that I wanted to follow in her footsteps when I grew up. While seeing myself in Joan I also knew that I had to be a bit of Toni too. She added a bit of “Bass” to Joan’s meek and gentle persona.

Even though I never pursued a career in law, I enjoy watching courtroom dramas on television. When it comes to my friends and family, I am very maternal, yet here I am building a website about hair, among other things.

The PATTERN Formation

It takes some functional training to maintain healthy hair. You must decide on a goal and stay committed to it. Even if you only wash your hair occasionally each week or month, you must constantly remind yourself to do so. As the wash day draws near, create a PATTERN. Form a PATTERN when wash day approaches. Let’s say you only have time to wash your hair every two weeks instead of every week. Create a routine where you always add a deep conditioning treatment, oil-massage your scalp, and use a leave-in conditioner.

If you frequently use hot tools on your hair, develop a PATTERN of regularly applying heat protectants before use. Before using your styling tools, let your hair air dry. Before using a blow dryer, dampen your hair in small sections with a water bottle. Additionally, try to keep your use of heat styling to just once or twice per week. It is undeniable that how we present ourselves greatly depends on our hair. Make a PATTERN that enables you to consistently put your best “Tress” forward!
